Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Order Changes & Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are unable to reroute packages once they have been shipped. Any delays or lost packages due to incorrect information at checkout are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays & Carrier Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control. Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, tracking and delivery updates will be provided directly through them.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. For damaged packages, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
